Nottingham Badges is known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you give us when you make an enquiry via the contact form, or when you place an order.
Why we need your data
We need your data so that we can contact you and process your order, and we need to retain that data for accountancy purposes. If your enquiry does not result in an order, your data is deleted.
What we do with it
Your data is held in a password-protected database programme accessible only by Nottingham Badges staff. Unless we are legally required to do so by the police, tax authorities, or law enforcement agencies, your data will not be shared with, nor distributed to, any third party. We will never send you marketing messages.
How long we keep it
UK tax law requires that we hold your data for 7 years. After that period, your data will be deleted.
You may contact us at any time and ask to see your data or have it amended. If you think we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (new tab/window).
