Terms and Conditions

Minimum order
50 badges is our minimum order. For smaller orders, please ask.

Payment is by BACS, PayPal, or cheque. We require full payment with order. A 50% deposit, with balance paid on delivery, can be negotiated. We have special payment arrangements for Scout & Guide groups.

Orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next day.

Customer satisfaction
We value our customers and we hope you will contact us if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service or products.

Privacy Notice revised 12 January 2024

Nottingham Badges is known as the ‘Controller’ of the personal data you give us when making an enquiry via the contact or get-a-quote forms, or when placing an order.

Why we need your data
We need your data so that we can contact you and process your order, and we need to retain that data for account­ancy purposes. If your enquiry does not result in an order, your data is deleted.

What we do with it
Your data is held in a password-protected database programme accessible only by Nottingham Badges staff. Unless we are legally required to do so by the police, tax authorities, or law enforcement agencies, your data will not be shared with, nor distributed to, any third party. We will never send you marketing messages.

How long we keep it
UK tax law requires that we hold your data for 7 years. After that period, if your account with us is no longer current, your data will be deleted.

Your rights
You may contact us at any time and ask to see your data or have it amended. If you think we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office(opens in new tab/window).
